Due to the collectible and specialty nature of many items, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be asked to provide photos of damaged, defective, or incorrect items before a return or replacement is approved.

Items that have been damaged through misuse, alteration, or normal wear are not eligible for return or replacement. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue resulted from an error with the order.
